How Do I?

Keys to the pool and the clubhouse are provided to new owners at the time of the home purchase if not provided by previous owners. Lost keys may be replaced for a small fee by contacting a board member.

 ID Lanyards are provided to new owners at the time of the home purchase. Lanyards may be requested contacting Nancy Shroud.

Newsletter items may be submitted to Joyce Crawford at jjacraw@gmail.com.

The clubhouse reservations are managed by Dennis Schmidt.  A request for reservation may be placed on the calendar in the clubhouse after contacting Dennis. He will need to know the time frame for your reservation and a contact name/phone number.

If you have a meeting or event that you want on the calendar contact Holly Smith.

Dues may be paid in one of three options:

• Dues may be paid by mail at Oaks Royal I & II, 5337 Astrid Dr, Zephyrhills, FL 33541
• Dues made by paid by dropping a check in the mail slot of the office door at the clubhouse
• Dues payments may be submitted to the HOA Treasurer  (No cash payments)

Any Park Directory changes or updates should be submitted to the Directory Committee.
